To strengthen our growing Business Unit Pharma in Warsaw, we are looking for a Sales & Product Manager – someone who combines a passion for food supplements innovation with strong commercial drive and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
Your mission
In this role, you’ll take ownership of developing and growing our dietary supplements business in Poland and CEE countries. You’ll work closely with customers and suppliers, identify opportunities, and turn them into successful, long-term partnerships.
Your responsibilities:
Develop and expand business with existing customers while identifying and acquiring new ones.
Analyze markets, define growth strategies, and translate them into concrete actions, responsibility for the annual sales budget.
Use your knowledge to create innovative concepts and implementation of projects.
Manage your product portfolio, acting as the key contact for your suppliers and conducting purchasing negotiations.
Creating offers, business meeting reports, active marketing activities, working in the CRM system.
Build strong relationships across the industry and stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
Represent the company at fairs, events, webinars, and industry meetings. Business trips: approx. 30% of working time depending on the month.

Job requirements
A successful track record in sales and product management within the sector of raw materials for the dietary supplements industry.
Strong understanding of the dietary market in CEE countries and ideally a network within the industry.
Experience in working in Romania / Croatia / Czech Republic / Bulgaria / Slovakia / Hungary / Lithuania / Latvia will be an additional advantage.
Educational background in food technology, chemistry or related.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Dynamic, motivated, and entrepreneurial personality with a “can-do” attitude.
High level of self-responsibility and independence.
Fluent in Polish and English (knowledge of Romanian or other languages will be an advantage).
Confident use of MS Office applications.
