To strengthen our growing Food & Nutra Business Unit, we are looking for a Regulatory Food Specialist. Someone who combines a strong expertise in food legislation and product safety with a structured, detail-oriented approach and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Your mission

You will be responsible for the Food regulatory area at IMPAG Iberia and will be a member of the international Regulatory Group within IMPAG Group. You will provide regulatory support to our Food and Nutra divisions, focusing on food legislation and compliance.

Your responsibilities:

  • Implementation of regulatory requirements for all products and markets within the Food and Nutra divisions. 

  • Supervision of internal processes from a regulatory perspective (e.g. product onboarding). Review and maintenance of data and documentation during the product approval process. 

  • Monitoring regulatory developments and trends, and assessing their impact on IMPAG products. 

  • Advising external partenrs (customers, suppliers…) on regulatory matters. 

  • Delivering internal regulatory training sessions. 

  • Research and data collection. 

  • Continuous self-training in legally relevant topics.

Job requirements

  • You hold a university degree in a technical or scientific field (Food Science and Technology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, or similar). 

  • Solid knowledge of European food legislation and product safety. 

  • A detail-oriented, structured, and independent working style. 

  • Strong communication skills (Spanish and English required). 

  • Good knowledge of ERP systems and standard MS Office tools.
