To strengthen our customer service team, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with a strong customer focus, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a structured, solution-oriented, and collaborative way of working.

Your mission:

Join IMPAG Iberia and take the lead in order management and logistics as a Customer Service Specialist. Be a key point of contact for customers and suppliers in a dynamic, growing, and flexible environment.

Your responsabilities:

  • Manage the full order and logistics process for the sales team

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, and international service partners

  • Enter and manage customer orders

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints

  • Organize transportation and shipments

  • Close customer orders after invoicing and cost analysis

  • Manage supplier orders

  • Support the sales team with general administrative tasks

Job requirements

  • You have a background in business administration, commerce, or several years of experience in a similar Customer Service role.

  • You have experience in import/export operations.

  • You are proficient in English.

  • You enjoy interacting with customers and have proven experience in customer-facing roles.

  • You have a strong quality-oriented mindset.

  • You work independently in a structured and well-organized manner.

  • You are highly motivated and capable of cross-functional thinking.

  • You are proficient in MS Office and have experience working with ERP systems.
